OUR PROCESS

Design and simulation
We simulate the behaviour of engines to optimize each configuration with our in-house numerical tools. Specific component are designed to control mixing and combustion processes.
Engine CONVERSION with the H2R KIT
Once the calculations and simulations have been validated, we proceed to manufacture the conversion kit dedicated to your engine, and install it on your original block.
We are operating on the top of the engine (injectors, cylinder, cylinder head, ECU reprog, etc...).


Engine calibration and validation
Before being put into service, engines are tested on benches, both steady state operating conditions and transients are considered.
Hydrogen combustion and injection dedicated control strategies are developed according to customer needs.
VEHICLE INTEGRATION
Our solutions are integrated into your vehicles before they are 100% operational and ready for use, whether for prototype pilot projects or fleet conversions.
1. Implementation of the engine while keeping the existing powertrain.
2. Our engineers pay particular attention to the design of a cell dedicated to gas storage tanks, which must be able to integrate securely into the chassis.
